3. Refund Guidelines

Refund handling follows these rules:

• Brochure purchases are non-refundable once the brochure is delivered
• Planning purchases are refundable only before you receive your completed plan
• Planning purchases are non-refundable after the completed plan is delivered
• Payment processing fees may be non-refundable

4. Planning Disclaimer

Information provided during a planning purchase, including selected dates and preferences, is used for planning context only. Ale's Planning does not guarantee that you can follow the completed plan exactly and is not responsible if parts of the plan become unavailable, impractical, or cannot be completed due to real-time conditions, third-party operations, transportation issues, closures, weather, or other external factors.

5. Cancellation by Ale's Planning

In rare cases, we may need to cancel due to safety concerns, operational issues, or events outside our control. When this happens, we will provide alternatives or an appropriate refund when applicable.
